What have been your experiences when using Gary Fong diffusers?

Amy: I use the light sphere! Love love it!

Amy: I use the collapsible one, it stays in my camera bag!

E Shay: Lightsphere; a half-cloud and a full cloud. Depends on how much light you need.

Landon: I found that there is a lot of 'hype' over Gary Fong diffusers. I wasn't that satisfied and found there are better alternatives like Rogue Flashbender

Spiffy Pix Photography: I had the Fong diffusers and have switched to the Demb Mega Flip-it with added diffuser. Nice even lighting. Runs about $40 at B&H. Here's a pic I took with it (which you can see in the reflection):
