What is the difference between actions, templates, textures, effects?

Question from Abby: "Confused:( What is the difference between actions, templates, textures, effects?"

 Shanna-Kaye: Actions are editing tools that change the color, contrast, and feel to your pictures. Templates are usually premade and are making cards, collages, etc. Textures are used to "layer" on your photographs to give them a textured look.
