QOTD from Samantha: "what is the best lens for weddings? and for studio pictures? I'm looking to buy a new one for my canon. I would appreciate some insight :)"

Brian: what camera? aps-c or ff?

JC Photography:  LLC I've only done 2nd camera but I used my 50mm 1.8 for details and the more portrait-y pictures and my 55-200mm (I think) as my zoom and group shot lens. I have a cropped not full frame Canon.

Kelli: I've used the 70-200L, 24-70L, 50L and 35L. My favorite is the 35L!! It is so clear and skin tones were dead on! And it didn't weigh 1000 pounds. I used it the whole day except for the ceremony, so I could be farther away.

Karen:  I love and can't do without my 85mm, 50mm, and 35mm. Primes all the way!! lol!

Vanessa:  I'm investing in an 85mm, on top of my 50mm. :)
